Terms & Conditions – PFC Education Enrollment
1. Access to Classes and Assignments
Students enrolled in any course will receive access to the classes within 48 hours of registration. They are required to complete assignments and submit them on time. Regular assessment submissions are mandatory for continuous learning and evaluation.
2. Recorded Lectures and Access Limitations
Students purchasing recorded lectures will have access for two attempts only. Beyond this, a refurbishment fee will be required for extended access. Access to recorded lectures is strictly for personal use and should not be shared, copied, or distributed.
3. Use of Student Achievements and Images
The institute reserves the right to use students’ pictures, testimonials, and achievements in promotional materials if they clear the exam after taking classes from the institute or if they get placed through the PFC campus placement drive.
4. Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Actions
The institute holds the right to take disciplinary action in case of misconduct, unethical behavior, non-compliance with rules, or any activity that harms the institute’s reputation. Students must maintain decorum in classes and online interactions.
5. Fee Payment and Refund Policy
Fees once paid is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Students must ensure they enroll after full consideration of the course details and requirements.
6. Attendance and Leave Policy
Students are required to attend classes regularly. In case of planned leaves, students must inform the tutor in advance. Repeated absence without prior notice may lead to discontinuation of access.
7. Tutor Support and Doubt Sessions
Tutor support will be available during the week. Students must book doubt sessions at least 48 hours in advance. Exam booking must also be done at least 48 hours before the allotted time.
8. Intellectual Property and Course Material Usage
All study materials, recorded lectures, and notes provided by the institute are the intellectual property of PFC Education. Unauthorized distribution, recording, or reproduction of any course material is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken against any student found violating this rule.
9. PFC Community and Global Networking
Once enrolled, students become part of the PFC community, which connects them with a global network of PFC students and alumni. This network can provide career opportunities, mentorship, and leverage for relocation to different parts of the world where PFC alumni are already working and settled.
10. Course Completion and Certification
Students must fulfill all course requirements, including assignment submissions, attendance, and assessments, to be eligible for certification. Non-compliance may lead to a delay or denial of certification.
By enrolling with PFC Education, students agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge their responsibility to comply with the institute’s policies.
